Tri-lobed Double Buckle 1400-1500AD
From the fires of Red Mountain, These solid brass castings are incredibly high quality. Made with care and skill - they replicate historical designs, often replicating an actual historical find.
Emerging during the15th Century, highly decorated bilobed and trilobed buckles of the spectacle type arose to prominence. Much of them present a carved or notched decoration between the lobes (like the one we offer) or on the same lobes. Circa 1400-1500.
