Burkhard Gambeson

It fits me quite well! Unlike most Gambesons you might find sourced from alternatives for LARP this Burkhard is pretty thick and firm. Not some cheap faux leather stitching like my last one. It's also pretty well ventilated that I can wear it like a jacket in casual conditions without sweat becoming a problem.

My only issue is that the gambeson itself feels rather... puffy? As the insides have plenty of room, so much so that it doesn't hug my skin in a way I'd find natural or flexible- alike to a vest made of cardboard. But perhaps its for the best, as it trades a bit of comfort for protection.
