Germanic Crown and Quatrefoil Strap End 1350-1500AD
From the fires of Red Mountain, These solid brass castings are incredibly high quality. Made with care and skill - they replicate historical designs, often replicating an actual historical find.
The Quatrefoil - "Quart" meaning quarter, or four, and "Foil" meaning leaf, which represents the four leaf clover, a symbol of Christianity. This design was paired with the crown - which represented king and state, which would have been worn by those of standing who represented both.
